5. No pets

Because some of our guests may be allergic, we generally cannot allow pets.

6. Toilets

Like most buildings in the area, Villa Musica has narrow-gauge pipes for waste water. This means that not even toilet paper should be flushed in any WC. This maybe weird for guests that are not used to it, but it is very normal in this part of Bulgaria. Blockages are very inconvenient and expensive to clear. You may be charged if a specialist has to be called, as this would not be considered to be accidental damage.

7. Use common sense

It is not possible to make rules that cover every possible situation (even though we're German and would like to try). Please exercise your own common sense to avoid danger or injury to yourself or others, or damage to the property or inventory.

Please make sure exterior doors are locked at night.

The compound is monitored by several security cameras and motion detectors.

Additional information (not part of Terms and Conditions)

If you encounter any problems with the property, you should contact the villa manager in the first instance. You will have the full support of your villa manager to fix these faults as soon as practically possible.

2. Cars

It is highly recommended for all our rental properties, as the access to the local attractions (beach, ski slopes, local amenities etc) is about 3 – 15 km. If you consider coming with your own car, please check with us the parking possibilities for the choosen property. It is highly recommended to hire a car in advance.

3. Tracks and approach roads

Please be aware that the roads directly surrounding Villa Musica are in bad condition. We recommend renting a vehicle with high ground clearance.

4. Maintenance staff

Staff such as cleaners, pool maintenance, gardeners etc. may need access to the property. Please check your Guest Information System for times and dates. Please contact your villa manager if you need these dates to be changed.

5. Bugs

Villa Musica is located next to a forest and you might be visited by creatures living nearby. Ants are attracted by food left around, so it is on your own interest to keep your property as clean as possible.

6. Saftey

  • We make every effort to ensure that your property is safe, but you must take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of everyone in your party, whilst on holiday.
  • On arrival, please familiarise with the property and the grounds. Make children aware of hazards, such as drops, balconies and especially the swimming pool. The pool is not deep enough for diving.
  • Please, observe the same level of property security as you would at home – always lock the doors and the windows, turn on the house alarm on when you leave the property and keep the entrance door locked when you are in the house or by the pool.

7. Water Supply

Water is a scare resource in hot climates and can run dry in the summer. Local authorities might ration mains water supplies to a few hours per day. This is obviously beyond our control and we would like to ask you to be considerate of others when using water and to take showers rather than baths. This water restriction can also apply to the top up of pools.
